The DCS Title VI Coordinator Certification Program is a comprehensive, practitioner-focused training designed to equip higher education leaders with the knowledge, structure, and tools necessary to administer a legally defensible Title VI compliance program. This multi-module certification provides in-depth instruction on race, color, and national origin discrimination standards; jurisdiction and intake assessment; investigations; hostile environment analysis; language access obligations; and much more.

The Title IX & NCAA Athletics Curriculum is a comprehensive, athletics-specific training program designed for coaches, athletic administrators, and athletics staff. The program translates Title IX obligations and NCAA ethical conduct expectations into practical, real-world guidance tailored to the unique power dynamics and culture of intercollegiate sports.

Jurisdiction, Scope & Intake is a focused investigator training module that strengthens decision-making at the earliest and most critical stage of a case. Participants learn how to assess institutional jurisdiction, properly define investigative scope, and conduct structured intake analysis that aligns with policy and procedural fairness.
